Do bridesmaids gowns need to match the style of the wedding gown?
Question by Jackie: Do bridesmaids gowns need to match the style of the wedding gown?
I am getting married next September and I found bridesmaid dresses I love. They are 3/4 sleeve and lace. However, I haven't found my gown yet. Would it look bad if I don' t have a gown that is also 3/4 sleeves and lace? I love that look, but doubt I'll be able to find it in my price range.

it won't look bad. The bride should stand out. As long you have the same type of fabric it will lok fine, I promise.

It’s not necessary to have the bridal gown “match” the bridesmaids. Not unless it’s still the 1960′s!
The bride’s gown and the bridesmaids dresses are NOT supposed to match.
they should coordinate, not match.
You wouldn’t want a spring flowing dress for the bridesmaids and then a heavy formal bridal gown for you.
Your gown doesn’t have to be 3/4 sleeve with lace. but it should go with them. maybe a dress with a little of lace
