I need a country song that can be used at my wedding for the unity sand ceremony part. I have a son from a previous relationship and when my fiance my son & i do the unity sand I wanted to play a song that goes with the combining of us 3 as a new family?

I like “He Didn’t Have To Be” by Brad Paisley. http://www.cmt.com/videos/brad-paisley/55259/he-didnt-have-to-be.jhtml

It’s about a single mom who marries a man and the man becomes the dad to a little boy who didn’t have one. The song always makes me cry.

    Don’t blink- Kenny Chesney

It’s about life and family. Here are just a few lyrics in case you haven’t heard it.

“Don’t Blink, just like that you are 6 years old and you take a nap, you wake up and you’re 25 and your highschool sweetheart becomes your wife. Don’t blink, you just might miss your babies growing like mine did, turning into Moms and Dads next thing you know your better half of 50 years is there in bed and your praying that God takes you instead, trust me friend, a hundred years goes faster than you think, so don’t blink.”
