I have a halo engagement ring but it is raised to fit the wedding band underneath. Although, it is still very, very slightly curved. With a striaght ring is has a small space in between the engagement ring and wedding band. Do you think it would look terrible, or is it not that big of a deal?

Try a few on at a jeweller. That's going to be the best way to see what suits your engagement ring.

My ring is such that I thought I’d have to get a slightly curved band. Turns out, when I tried on wedding bands, that the curved ones didn’t look right at all. I ended up with a straight band. There is a small gap, but it looks perfectly fine.

You’ll really have to try them on with your ring to see what looks best. It may not be what you think.

You might want to get a wedding band made to fit with the engagement ring. I think that is your best solution.
